France – The Dordogne:

As mentioned in the website introduction, when Peter is not travelling for his engineering projects he is based at home in the Dordogne, actually in a village near Lalinde and Bergerac. The region needs no promotion, as it is one of the most beautiful provinces in France, with a huge history dating back centuries. The photographs presented show the moodiness of the river in spring and winter along with some of the more typical images of the mediaeval architecture. This gallery is not meant to be a travel agents overview but is to highlight some typical nuances to be discovered.
